James Napier - CEO
Passionate about the role of business as a force for good, James developed the concept of a user friendly and compliant carbon accounting software and launched notch (previously CBN Expert) to support businesses of all sizes to contribute to achieving Net Zero.
Phil Rolling - Head of Delivery
Phil Rolling is the notch Head of Delivery, and has 20+ years experience in business and technology change management. He has led the delivery of projects and programmes across a range of sectors, including Manufacturing, Public, Communications and Financial Services.
Joanne Napier - Head of Marketing
Following a successful corporate career, Joanne set up and successfully sold her own business. She co-developed notch with James and now heads up our Marketing team.
